1. General Provisions

The website bruhbeats.duckdns.org (the "Site") is a platform for music creators to download instrumentals produced by Bruh Beats. By creating an account, you agree to these terms.

2. Account Registration

Users must provide accurate information (Full Name and Email) during registration. This information is used to generate your legal License Agreement. Each user is allowed only one account.

3. Proper Usage & Attribution

All free beats downloaded from the Site are subject to the "Free-For-Profit" License. You acknowledge that providing credit (Prod. Bruh_Beats) is a mandatory legal requirement for using the free music. For Premium (Paid) beats, this attribution requirement is waived entirely as per the purchased license.

4. Intellectual Property

Bruh Beats remains the sole owner of the copyright of the instrumentals. You own the lyrics and the recording of your specific song, but not the underlying beat itself.

5. Prohibited Actions

Users are strictly prohibited from:

• Using bots or scripts to bulk-download beats.
• Uploading the raw beat to streaming platforms as their own "Instrumental".
• Removing the "Bruh Beats" producer tags (if present) without written consent.

6. Termination

We reserve the right to ban any user who fails to provide proper credit or violates the terms of the individual license agreements.
